Convert Video to Audio files in Ubuntu 20.04

Below is a very simple way to convert a Video file into an audio file.
The whole is almost trivial and we will do it using a graphical interface.

At the beginning we install the package:

sudo apt install soundconverter

We run our program, select the file and in the settings mark the format to be converted

The advantage of this program is that we can convert entire directories
