we go to the mysql console:

We create the adminer database:

CREATE DATABASE adminer;

We create the adminer user:

CREATE USER 'adminer'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'naszehaslo';

We give permission:

GRANT ALL ON adminer.* TO 'adminer'@'localhost';

reload:

FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

We come out with mysql:

EXIT;

We create a download directory for the administrator, in our case it will be the directory / adminer

mkdir /var/www/html/adminer

We go to the directory and download:

cd /var/www/html/adminer

wget -O index.php https://github.com/vrana/adminer/releases/download/v4.8.1/adminer-4.8.1.php

We give permission:

chmod -R 775 /github.com/vrana/adminer/releases/download/v4.8.1/adminer-4.8.1.php

create a file:

github.com/vrana/adminer/releases/download/v4.8.1/adminer-4.8.1.php

content:

     ServerAdmin admin@domena.pl
     DocumentRoot /var/www/html/adminer/
     ServerName adminer.domena.pl
     DirectoryIndex index.php
     ErrorLog /var/log/httpd/adminer-error.log
     CustomLog /var/log/httpd/adminer-access.log combined

we save and restart the httpd server:

systemctl restart httpd
